Thread: setPassword() and security issues ... plz help

I created a signup form on php so the users can signup on salesforce and using setPassword i can easly set user passwords, I am stuck how to send security token to user or how to register user ip or what to do ... so when user login from anywhere using my form he face no blocking. Plz help.
