Salesforce MySQL Schema Build Tool

I've used it to create my Salesforce schema in MySql. Then I use the Salesforce Data Loader to download data to csv's, then upload into MySql. We're new on Salesforce and have been changing tables and fields frequently and the schema tool has been a lifesaver.

Two questions.

1. You apparently have the same tool built for Oracle, but I can't find it. I've seen links on various blogs and forum posts that link back to this forum, but the thread appears to have been deleted. Is it available?

2. Is there a way I can create the .sql file the website tool I refer to above creates, without using the website tool?
