Ok..Can you help me on that how Can I get that contact form's data into salesforce?. I created account in salesforce, then went to Setup and then to Create|Workflow&Approvals|Outbound Messages and created a new outbound message, but dont know, how it exactly works, how can I get the data into salesforce.

So you are saying that you want to have the form process the data into a PHP script and when the user submits the form, you want it to go into the lead object in Salesforce?
