I m creating Report of Performance Rating Of Employees of my company in Salesforce.
All Employees can see their performance Rating using one report.but they are not allowed to see other Employee's Rating.
Please tell me how can i do this?

A few questions:

- Can they see the others' records? For example, if I'm salesperson A, can I see Salesperson B's information?

- Where are the performance metrics being stored? On the Opportunity? Custom Object?
