Sure this is old news and everyone knows that Barry Bonds is guilty of taking steroids. Sure he gets booed everywhere he goes except San Francisco. For all the things he does and the way he comes off, he deserves the way he is treated. Even I know this as a fan of the Giants.

We all know that it is inevitable that Bonds will pass Hank Aaron this season for the all time home run lead, but no one seems to want to give him his dues. So this is what I propose Barry Bonds do when he surpasses:

Once Bonds surpasses Aaron he should take a few days off and then have a press conference to come clean and retire from baseball. Now I know that he will probably not do this and that I am merely stating my point of view, but I thought that it would be something that he could cleanse his soul of and prove to everyone that he actually has some good still left in him. God I make it sound like he has gone to the dark side of the force, ha!

If he wants anyone ever to think that he was not cheating, he would come clean and let everyone know what he did during the later part of his career.

I just believe that Bonds needs to do this for his and everyone’s sake, it is just the right thing to do!
