What Is George Going to Do Next

These days I like to think of our current President, George Bush, as a lottery. You cannot really pick what he is going to do next and if you do guess it, it’s all luck.
Sometimes I wonder if the man stands in front of his bedroom mirror late at night, naked, and talks to himself. I wonder if he asks himself “What should I do next?” Sometimes it seems that is how he runs this country. Sure he was voted into office by a majority of the American people and deserves to be in the office, but I guess some now second guess their vote. I would like to know what the exact number is, a count of Americans that wish they could either take their vote back completely or change it to reflect John Kerry.
Please understand that I would or do not think that Kerry would have done any better, he scared me just as much with his lack of standing firm on issues or changing his mind. I was sure that I did not want Bush back for another round, but I lost that and concede. Do you ever wonder, as anti-Bush supporters, what that count would be. I am sure it is somewhere in the millions.
I have to give him credit though, he does stand firm on his decisions. The problem with that is that he seems not to care who those decisions affect. The same thing for not making changes on his past debacles in Iraq, which we all know is a failure at this point.
What exactly have we done over there? What have we accomplished over there? Sure we have help rebuild some parts of Iraq and that is outstanding for the people. Sure there are tons of things that we do not see on any news station or newspaper and honestly that is sad in itself.
So Bush had appointed a group to find out what could be done better in Iraq and what we can do to correct/change things that were not working. He totally ignored that, to the surprise of many, and came up with his own personal beliefs, once again, and implemented those as the appropriate course of action.
Now 21,500 more troops will be sent into harms way, to fix the past problems, to stop the insurgents. Will they? Well we all know the answer to that and the only ones who will suffer are the troops and the Iraqi people. I firmly believe from past Bush implementations, that he is using this build up as a means to possibly attack Iran because of the ongoing saga between the United States and Iran. I sure has hell hope not. We cannot sustain another combat zone at this time. Our forces are too tired, spread too thin, and the mere number of troops is not being replenished for those who are coming home wounded or Killed in Action.
There are plenty of us, anit-Bush, out there that wish they could pick the winning numbers and retire. I would rather be able to pick what George Bush is going to do next than win the lottery. Both seem to be unattainable.
