    Mike and I have known each other on a professional level for a few years now and I've had the good fortune of calling him a friend as of late. He's asked me to come to his website to think and write about the Salesforce System Admin role and see what questions of the world I could possibly help answer.     I am a proud alumnus of the University of Phoenix, damn proud. Sure I have read both positive and negative reviews of the University online and I am not one to judge the individuals who found that the University is terrible, both academically and financially.     I stated earlier that I am fairly new to APEX, triggers and classes. I have finally realized that if you want to be successful using Salesforce and their cloud platform that you have to use APEX.
